Thread: The Hunger Games

The sequel to the Hunger Games looks pretty good! Anyone else think so?

I can't wait for the movie to come out!! I really want to see it in the theaters!

I will definitely let you know. It comes out the day after my dad's birthday, I will probably take him to see it. It will be a treat for myself as well

I find it easier to watch the movie first, then read the book, to be honest. Especially with Stephen King, since he is always part of the filming crew and the plot in the movies is loyal to the narrative. Of course when you read the book you find much more details, but you already have the faces of the characters and the setting. I read The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe when I was 7, and when the movie came out I liked it, but it was totally different from what I had imagined... I couldn't enjoy it.

Gonna watch the Hunger Games 2 Movie "Catching Fire" this weekend....ooooh I hope it's good!
