Hi, can I post here some videos I'm listening too and can't understand what I hear? I would really appreciate it.

Yes, you can do it, this forum supports videos from Youtube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Facebook, among others.
Just click on the Insert Video icon (to the right of Insert Image) and place the URL of the video.
