Hi all!
I wanted to know which is the correct preposition for 'Satisfactory.' Is it 'to', 'for', or both? And, if both, what's the difference in usage?
Thanks in advance!

Hi agustinab!
What's your context or intention? I imagine many possible uses for "satisfactory".
I was sending some files to a co-worker after revision and I wanted tosay something like, I hope these are okay for you, meaning I hope you find them satisfactory.
So my question here was if I should say satisfactoy for you/to you =)
I think that your solution is more natural that using just "satisfactory" with a preposition.
"TO" is the correct option according to Oxford

I think "Are these satisfactory?" is the simplest form; however, if you must use a preposition then I agree with iyuanobi: "to you".

The correct one is "TO"

Thanks everyone!
Agustina, a couple of additional thoughts.
"Were these answers satisfactory for what you had in mind?"
"Are these answers satisfactory to you?"
