Hello Armando. There's probably a good reason why you do not understand the meaning. I'm a native speaker and I have no idea what it means. I believe it is a mis-spelled word. "Ore" is a metal or mineral bearing rock. There is no other meaning in English, to my knowledge.
If we had the entire paragraph, in order to understand the context, we might be able to figure it out.
My guess is that it is "... "do you know when you will be able to get more of them completed?"
