How do you say "Trust" or "Living Trust" in Spanish?
(i.e. putting your assets in a "Trust")

How does "Fideicomiso" sound?
Hope this helps
Truly, my dear young friends, you are a chosen generation. I hope you will never forget it.

Thanks, it helps, however, this seems to imply the term trusteeship.
I'm not sure it's quite the same. I guess I was looking for a simpler term, since a partnership could be a "sociedad" and corporation is "corporacion", etc.
I was hoping to find a word that is currently being used to define this now often used vehicle by persons seeking to protect their assets and leaving less problems to their kids if they die.
I wonder how they advertise "create a living trust" in Latin American countries, like they do here.
Hi!
I agree with Hebe..I have seen Fideicomiso en vida for living trust.
Ok, sounds like we have a consensus on "Fidiecomiso".
Thanks
Yes, it's Fideicomiso, but Living Trust is Fideicomiso en Vida.
