    Default Indenture

    Hi everyone!
I have always translated "Indenture" as "Contrato de Fideicomiso" in the context of an Offering Memorandum. But someone came up with "Contrato de Emisión". I was wondering if they are the same... does anybody know?

Hola In.house.

    Hope this helps

    best regards

Truly, my dear young friends, you are a chosen generation. I hope you will never forget it.
