How would you translate the word "dealers" in this case? Since I cannnot use: comerciante or intermediario.

Such bilateral instruments are called swaps and entail an exchange of obligations, which provides a method of risk management. Swaps grew as an instrument to replace parallel loans and back-to-back loans used before the enactment of exchange control legislation.
