I would choose just "SWAP (de) INTERÉS"; in general accounting SAWP is transferred as it is a well-known term (operación de pase o canje).

Sorry I´ve just realiaze the ST so I think it is best to say " TAZA DE INTERÉS POR SWAP DE ACTIVOS"
