Hola,
Lo diría asi :
Defectless premium quality merchandise
or
Defectless premium quality goods
Saludos
y buen finde
Flawless is another possibility.
Y without defects?
Friends, one problem we have is that I doubt that one would ever see such a sign, advertisement, etc. in English. If the products are "premium", it's going to be assumed that they are free of defects. It's like saying "We have wet water for sale" or "Professional Dental Clinic". Are there other kinds? I'm not pushing "flawless", but that term is used when selling stones, precious or semi-precious. And "flawless" could be used to describe merchandise, but mixing "mercadería de primera calidad" with a comment about them being free of defects (even "flawless") just doesn't sound normal to me.
Hi Thomas,
I don't totally agree with you. It is not as redundant as the example you gave. And in terms of marketing, my point of view is that saying premium and flawless (or defectless) at the same time can just underline that it will have no defect and strengthen the message and the quality image of the product.
I hope you understand my point of view.
Good night
There are stores in the United States that sell "first quality" items that are free of defects and also "seconds" which are items with flaws that are offered at a lower price. These are terms that I think shoppers in the US would recognize.
"Defectless" would be understood, but doesn't sound right in English. You can say "defect-free" or "without defects."

Calidad total defecto cero, es a lo que apunta con mercaderia de alta calidad y sin defectos. A continuacion te copio una definicion por si te es util.
Every product or service has a requirement: a description of what the customer needs. When a particular product meets that requirement, it has achieved quality, provided that the requirement accurately describes what the enterprise and the customer actually need. This technical sense should not be confused with more common usages that indicate weight or goodness or precious materials or some absolute idealized standard. In common parlance, an inexpensive disposable pen is a lower-quality item than a gold-plated fountain pen. In the technical sense of Zero Defects, the inexpensive disposable pen is a quality product if it meets requirements: it writes, does not skip nor clog under normal use, and lasts the time specified.
Exitos!
