Sabrina,
In the stock market there are two oposing trends:
bull market is "a prolonged period in which investment prices rise faster than their historical average."
bear market means "a prolonged period in which investment prices fall, accompanied by widespread pessimism." So, bulls good, bears bad...
Thanks, Emily! Your explanation is very clear and enlightening.
Hi Sabrina!
Additionally, in Spanish, bull market is "mercado alcista" and bear market "mercado bajista".
Cheers!
These translations are correct for me as well!Originally Posted by In-House

Alicia
