    Default What does "ejecucion condicional" mean?

    Hello!

    I am looking for someone to help with translating the spanish legal term "ejecucion condicional" into english. On the official translation document I received it says "conditional execution", however I fear this translation is only a word-for-word translation and does not catch the entire meaning of the legal term. To my knowledge, "conditional execution" is not an english legal term - can anyone shed light on what "ejecucion condicional" would be as a legal term in english?
