    Default lessor

    I do not know how to translate "lessor" and "lesse" into spanish. Do you think "locador" and "locatario" are a good choice? Thaks. I am talking about buildings.

    Cuando se trata de edificios, propiedades yo utilizaria arrendador,(lessor), y arrendatario (lessee).

    De acuerdo con Ceide.
    En el habla comun tambien puedes decir INQUILINO para lessee, pero en un contrato es mejor usar los sugeridos por Ceide.

    Yo pienso que la traducción correcta es "arrendador" y "arrendatario"

    Hola a todos, pienso que no seria correcto decir arrendador o arrendatario o locador o locatario, ya que en esos casos contractualmente se utilizan las palabras "Landlord" y "Tenant",

    depende de donde lo uses. Por ejmplo, en México, nadie lo entendería. es mas uniforme "arrendador" y "arrendatario"

    Estoy de acuerdo con Boss. Creo que los términos arrendador y arrendatario son mas "standard".
