I share danielad's opinion. We need more context in order to help you translate that mysterious phrase into English.

"Pz" would be something like "pfff" and " "yo no" is "not me" or "I'm not"
I would simply translate it as:
"Well, I'm not"

It looks like a text message from someone who wants to say: "Please...¡Yo, no!" Like: Please, stop bothering me cause I am not!

I have some Venezuelans and Ecuadorians friends, they use the "PZ" to say "Pues" for example: "Pues yo no", "Pues yo tampoco", in fact they use "Pues" for begin almost any sentence and this "Pues" is meaningless.
