Thread: Final trial!!:confused:

Hi every one!! I´m traslating a breach of contract compliant and the following sentence is not clear for me: "WEHREFORE, plaintiff requests that defendant be cited to appear an answer, and that on final trial, plaintiff have judgment as follows:" .
May be Final Trial translated as "período de prueba definitivo"?? and Have judgment as "reclama lo siguiente"??.

Besides the sentence is desorganized, there is no sense on that sentence...

Please i need help!

In these cases, when the sentence is so disorganized (happens a lot with lawyers) I tend to stick very closely to the literal meaning of the sentence to avoid adding any unintended meaning.
