    Default enforcement officer

    Hi, I am new to this and not sure if it is going to work. Could anybody help me to translate "enforcement officer" to spanish. The complete sentence is: you can ask an enforcement officer (through the High Court) to try to collect the money you are owed or to remove goods.

    hey monica, for me enforcement officials always meant police officers, but im not sure if they have another name when used to refer to those who work in the high court. (Tribunal Supremo)....sorry if im no help!

    Yes, it can be "oficial de la Policía" or it can be "oficial de Seguridad",(these look like police officers, because the uniform, but they work for private companies only .

    Coincido con todos mis colegas anteriores.

    Funcionario de la policía, agente policial, oficial de la policía, hay muchas opciones, y te recomiendo utilizar la que mas comúnmente se utilice en tu localidad

    un enforcement officer es un agente de la autoridad. No tiene que ser policía necesariamente

    En el Derecho Procesal español se le llama: Agente Judicial.
