    Hi everybody,

    Do you know if there is any difference, even a slight one, in translating "lawsuit" as "demanda" or "acción judicial"?

    Cierto. Normalmente, lawsuit se refiere a una acción civil. También es litigio (litigation) o pleito (dispute)
