Hi AlvaroHur,
Maybe "Esquemas/Programas de Sacrificio Salarial". Let's wait and see how a native spanish speaker would translate it
Alvaro, actually I never heard of Salary Sacrifice Schemes... I guess its must be something a accountant may know about.
But in the other hand I know what Pagos en Especie means, it means a retribution with anything else but money... It can be anything, favors, gifts, food... Anything but money.

Thank you for your help. I am new in this and I find it extremely useful.
Glad we could help. I still think you should wait for a native to help you out. There might be a better option for "sacrificio salarial"....
That is the thing, I am a native Spanish and I have never heard that term in Spain. What I have done is to include the English term in brackets, sometimes is the only way to make the things clearer as it does not exist a proper translation for the term. Thanks anyway.
Indeed, that could be your best option, leave the english version for any doubt.
