    How do you translate into SP this "and"?

    The Selling Dealer’s obligation to perform under this Agreement is insured by ABC and the Selling Dealer is obligated to obtain such insurance.

    ¡Hola! Yo reformularía un poco la frase para sacar la voz pasiva y usaría "así como" o "asimismo". De esta forma, se podría evitar la repetición de selling dealer.

    Sí, justamente es esa coincidencia en el sujeto para ambas oraciones lo que me resulta pesado y quería aportar fluidez a la lectura.
