Hi Diego. In understand that it sounds like a literal translation; but "NOTA" would bbe the word I would use

Hi diego, I would use "aviso" in the context, as it is to call the reader's attention more than adding a note.

Hebe me dio la idea de usar "Nota" y vos "Aviso", y en realidad ambas tienen razon. Muchas gracias y aprovecho para preguntarles si "international standarts" puedo traducirlo por STANDARDS INTERNACIONALES, O PARÁMETROS INTERNACIONALES"

Para esto tengo dos propuestas:
De acuerdo con/según lo establecido a nivel internacional........
Según el estándar internacional.....
En español se admite la palabra estándar, con tilde, pero no la palabra "standar".
Aqui va otra opción:
De conformidad con las normas internacionales, al finalizar el nivel básico, el estudiante deberá estar en capacidad de obtener una puntuación que oscile entre 250-350 en el examen TOEIC.
