Hi ,
should i use the imperative at the beginning of a sentence to express:

Librese oficio .......

In Spanish, at least, in Argentina we always use the imperative.

actually , my question was whether i had to start the sentence with the imperative "issue....." in english

In English the sentence is sometomes re-written:

"Therefore, (somebody) ORDERS:

that (something) be (done)"
