    Red face any help w/this liability phrase?

    Hola! I just want to translate this as well as possible, if anyone has suggestions.

    The phrase in English is "any and all liability for any injury whatsoever".

    The best I've come up with is "cualquier y toda responsabilidad por cualquier herida".

    "toda la reponsabilidad por cualquier lesión de cualesquiera naturaleza"

    "By signing this form I hereby release and completely exonerate Butler County Help Me Grow of any and all liability for any injury whatsoever occasioned by the charitable donation of equipment received by me on ..."

    (Quizá es redundante. Si acaso estás facultada para adaptarla, se pueden hacer muchos cambios para que sea natural a los ojos del lector meta...)

    BCHMG queda eximido de toda y cualquier responsabilidad referente a cualquier lesíon sea la que sea su naturaleza que se pudiera causar....


    Lo de "toda y cualquier responsabilidad" es una frase hecha.

    No te olvides que "any and all" es un DOUBLET, es decir un "legal pair" que se suele traducir con UNA SOLA palabra; por lo tanto, lo mejor es ser CONSISTENTE, y usar una sola palabra: ...queda eximido de toda responsabilidad por cualquier tipo de lesiones que surjan de ...
