    Hola, esta bien traducir con oferta minima evaluada? es una licitacio y el contexto es: If, as a result of the receding comparison, the lowest evaluated bid is group c, all group c bids will then be compared with the lowest evaluated bid from group A

    Creo que es la oferta más baja/menor no la mínima.

    Algo así como... la menor oferta evaluada corresponde al grupo C...

    ¿qué te parece?
