Default con renuncia expresa de su propio fuero

How would you translate "con renuncia expresa de su propio fuero" into English?

I would say: "expressly waiving its own jurisdiction".

Another option would be “with explicit waiver of his( her) own rights"

I would use "express" instead of "explicit". It has to do with usage.
