It's United States Marshal Number, the number of the notice the party received about the commencement of the lawsuit.

Thank you for the clarification. I thought it was something like that. In Spanish, no sé si existe algo semejante o no.
Based on the definition provided by "remainder" we could translate it as "Número de Citación" or "N° de Boleta de Citación".
