    Default Solemnly declared before me

Hi. I need some help. I have to translate into Spanish a 'Certificate of Existence' from Montreal and I can't find the right equivalent for this Standard Formula "Solenmy declared before me in Montréal..."
If you could give me any sugestions i would really appreciate it.
    Thanks!

    Hi!!!

A possible translation into Spanish could be "declaró bajo juramento ante mi, en Montreal..."

Thumbs up Re: Solemnly declared before me

Hi!! I would say: "Declarado bajo juramento ante mí en Montreal". However, if you provide more context, a better option could be suggested.

    Hope it helps!
