    Question Help translating a phrase

    I'm translating a permission slip for parents to allow their children to be photograph for the school website. I just have trouble translating this phrase:

    "The parents agree to hold harmless, release and covenant not to sue the district."

    I don't know about the Spanish, but someone should translate it into English that the English-speaking parents can understand!

    "Los padres aceptan mantener indemne y la obligación convencional de no entablar una acción contra el distrito."
