Thread: Birth Certificate with a Signature Certification in the target language

Hello!

I'd like to know if someone could tell me what should I do with a birth certificate I'm translating. It's from English into Spanish, but at the back of the document and in an attached piece of paper there's text that is already in Spanish.

Should I "read" the Spanish text in my translation, or mention it?
If I have to do this, do I need to put the Spanish text on a separate piece of paper or I can include it on the same sheet?

I'd just mention it and include it in the same paper you're including your translation.
