    Default closing escrow

    Can anybody help me translate "closing escrow" pls? It is a marital settlement agreement. The sentence goes: "Proceeds at the time of sale shall be divided between Petitioner and Respondent at the closing escrow". Thanks a lot!

    Do you think "at the closing escrow" means "at the time of closing the escrow"?
