    It could be "mercadeo de redes sociales" perhaps.

    Thanks - I actually contacted a couple of native speaker friends, did some other research and we came up with "marketing por medio de redes sociales.

    Lastimadamente - it is an anglicized term but is completely acceptable.

    Hi Gaoleen, marketing is commonly used in Spanish, specially in the business world.
    The second option ("marketing por medio de redes sociales") sounds much more natural.
