Hi Lidia,

I can help with the meaning:
baseline is the originally agreed [scope] (specifically the one against which future progress/changes are measured)
project scope definition = the definition (formally agreed description) of the scope of the project, i.e. what it includes / does not include = definicion del alcance (?) del projecto
managing to it = managing the project in such a way that the original scope is maintained,i.e. ensuring that elements do not get added to the project as it goes along (and also that elements do not get left out) - or at least that any changes are specifically and explicitly 'managed'.
