I am not too sure about this second one. It am not sure how to translate panel test. Perhaps it is used the same way in Spanish?

Chanel (or Channel, check spelling?) obtiene bajos resultados en las pruebas ciegas en serie ( o pruebas ciegas de paneles)

Interpreto a "structural" como un pilar, un invento que forjó la base, los cimientos de la historia de los perfumes.

Estoy de acuerdo con CaliforniaMan en su interpretación de "poor" en el sentido de que no alcanza buenos resultados.

Con respecto a "blind panel test", por el contexto, dato clave, considero que hay alguna prueba en la industria del perfume en la que se tratan de eliminar las apreciaciones de un evaluador mediante el sentido de la vista para que "evalúe" muestras de perfumes "a ciegas", es decir, guiándose exclusivamente por el sentido del olfato.
