    Hi everyone,

    Does anybody know what "battery jump-start" means? it's a service included in Ford's warranty.

    Hola Ariel! "Jump-start" significa encender un auto cuya batería no funciona conectándolo a otra fuente de poder (como la batería de otro auto)

    Asi es.

    It's a means of getting a car started when it's battery is dead, usually by way of battery
    cables from one car to another...i.e., "to jump the battery power from one car to another"

    Just wondering a small translation into Spanish, since its part of a list of services offered by Ford.

    Could be "Puenteo de batería" or "Arranque asistido por falla en la batería"?

    Si buscas en anuncios de asistencia de carretera" en Puerto Rico, ellos lo llaman simplemente carga (o recarga) de bateria.
    Otros lo llaman

    - Encendido del vehículo utilizando cables de encendido ("jumper cables")
