Well, that´s all I´ve got for now, apparently it could be something kind of bland like "reuniones (informales) de seguridad" or something like that.

Webster's New Universal Unabridged Dictionary defines tailgate, among others, as a style of playing trombone, especially in Dixieland jazz, distinguished especially by the use of melodic counterpoint and long glissandi, so called from the usual seat of trombonists in trucks carrying musicians during a parade. Does this fit in your context?
