Hi every body. I have an english technical translation and i don't know what spent gases mean. This is the context: [FONT='Times New Roman','serif']If such ducting is installed, its opening [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']must be situated in such a way that water can­[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']not enter it, and as far from the exhaust as [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']possible so that the spent gases are not sucked [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']back into the engine.[/FONT]

Pueden ser tambien llamados "gases residuales" ya que son residuos de la combustión.
