in this context: no-brainer = no revierte ningún análisis

I agree with ElVizconde's translation. You could also paraphrase it and translate it like this:

"Casi no cabe duda de que deberían lanzar/ proveer servicios de 3D." (just a suggestion)

What do you think?? I believe it's not exactlly what it says in the source, but it's the concept.
