    I'd add a commma: "sobre llovido, mojado". There is some kind of elypsis there and the comma indicates it as well as the usual pause in oral speech.

    Según el diccionario, podría ser: "por si fuera poco" https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dic...njury?q=add+to

    Pero "sobre llovido mojado" me parece genial.
