How would you translate "A division of" in French? As in "A division of *brand* company". The document is for marketing purposes. I came up with "Une sous-marque de". What do you think?

Hi,
I think you look too far ...
a division of = une division de
Frank.

Hi Frank, I actually thought about leaving "division", but I feel like it would sound too "legal/governmental" for such document. What do you think?
I can't tell without knowing the context or at least a few sentences...

It says:
"Life saving nutrition A Division of Lafeber
Made in the USA"
Je dirais :
“Life saving nutrition”une division de Lafeber
Made in USA.
Ou
“Life saving nutrition”(Nutrition sauve-vie) une division de Lafeber
fabriqué aux États-Unis.
In fact, la nutrition is feminine and should be “fabriquée aux États-Unis”,
but I would still write fabriqué because we are talking about the general production.

Indeed, I just bought a button shirt where it was saying "fabriqué", even though "chemise" is feminine.
I'll go with "une division de" !
