    Hi,

    I'm translating a text from English to Spanish and it starts off with:

    "For one who knows no language but his own..."

    Would that be something like:

    "Para el que solo sabe su propia lengua/propio idioma" ???

    Un pokito de aclaracion se apreciaria mucho

    Sí, esa sería la idea. O bien, "Para el que solo conoce el propio idioma"

    Muchisimas gracias! Mmmm...por que utilizaste "conocer" y no "saber"???

    Si, por ejemplo, no haces la pregunta "conoces ingles?" sino "sabes ingles?"

    Perdon que me meta, pero me parece que la pregunta de "conoce" es valida. Ya que conocer podemos conocer todos los idiomas, pero no hablar mas que el propio.
