Hi, can anybody help me to translate the next sentence to spanish:
"How's that for no-bullsh#t honesty and straightforwardness?"
Thank you
could give us more context please? Ill make a try anyways:
the word bullshit sometimes is translated as mentiras, look at this context: "what you've just said is sheer bullshit, you've never dated Susan" > "Lo que acabas de decir es pura mentira, nunca saliste con Susana". Personally I would say:
"¿Qué te parece la honestidad y la franqueza?"
and I would omit no-bullshit cause it might lead you to complicated paraphrases and it's also redundant, if you ask sb to be honest you're taking for granted he wont say lies (In case that Bullshit in this context actually meant lies, it might refer to sth else though but I can't tell with such little info).
If the person who asks is reproaching something as if suggesting, you could also say: (this is a creative translation, not so literal):
¿ Y si dejamos de decir mentiras y somos sinceros?
and in this case you could omit the other adjectives, cause sincero, honesto, franco are all redundant, they all mean more or less the same.

Thank you Blonda for your help,
This text is about sports sciences,
I will give you the full sentence:
"I'm a straightforward guy; I don't like to hide my intentions behind a lot of unnecessary words. People who do that are often trying to sound more intelligent than they are, or trying to hide the fact that they don't know what they're talking about! A few years back I came up with a simple maxim: Complexity is the language of simple minds.Always be wary of the guy who sounds impressive. The more complex a sentence is, the more likely it is to contain a lot of hogwash. That's especially true in the fields of athletic conditioning and bodybuilding.
So, allow me to speak simply and clearly: I have yet to see a single athlete with adequate hamstring development. Every athlete I've seen has either non-functional or unbalanced hamstrings. This probably applies to you as well; therefore, you'll benefit from a few special hamstring exercises. How's that for no-bullshit honesty and straightforwardness?"
I would say something like "te parece que fui lo suficientemente sincero, honesto y sin vueltas?"
Hope it helped
I would say...¿Cómo suena ésto en un contexto de total franqueza y honestidad bruta?" If you google "honestidad bruta/l" you will find many entries from my native Argentina, which might imply a certain flavor. However, you can also find it in sites in Spain such as ELMUNDO.ES/METROPOLI - Honestidad brutal. Let's see if somebody else with a different flavor can make a contribution to straighten this out. Good luck! :-)
