Hi everyone!
There's this title of a book a recently got, From the murks of the sultry abyss... though I know what it means, I can't find the words to make it sound the way it does in English.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Desde las tinieblas del abismo seductor
Hi Laura!
I find it difficult (specially because I don't know what the book is about) but my attempt would be "Desde la oscuridad de un abismo sofocante"
Regards!
Thanks!
From The Murks Of The Sultry Abyss was written by Brandon Boyd, the singer of a rock band from California (Incubus). It's kind of a mixture of different writings: it's got a few poems, a lot of stories and point of view essays. Lots of pictures and drawings from the author himself. My guess is it's like a personal diary... if you do like this kind of writing or know the author's story, you might like it.
Thank you both!
How could we establish sultry? I would go with sultry as luring, "seductor" seems like a great choice.
Thanks, Mario!
Yes I also think "seductor" is a good choice, since I think I understand what the author tried to convey...
Thanks everyone!
