Thread: Qué significa to know from Adam?

I found this phrase but I didn't get its full meaning.

The context doesn't help much either: She doesn't know me from Adam.

It's a way of saying that she doesn't know you at all. If you and Adam (of Adam and Eve I suppose?) we're standing next to each other, she still wouldn't even know which one was you. She has no idea who you are.
