Thread: Healthy Eating Pamphlet Translation Help

I am in the process of making a healthy living pamphlet but, I'm having a bit of trouble with the subjunctive and command forms. I want to say... "To be health you must eat well by doing:" (then I list some foods). I thought it would be... "Se sano debe te alimenta con:" but, when I put that into a translator it doesn't sound correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Para estar sano hay que alimentarse bien e ingerir: ...(lista...)
