    This is so funny because as I am reading this my mom is right next to me. As a linguist I am very technical about all this stuff, but I asked my mom (she is not bilingual) how she would say that and this is what she came up with:

    Mis amigos vienen a visitarme a mi casa un sábado cada quince días.

    Colloquially I woul say:

    Mis amigos vienen de visita a mi casa un sábado sí y un sábado no.

    Cada tercer sábado... is good —I just never say that, but it's correct.
