En realidad, la forma correcta es "doesn't mean", pero esta es una forma coloquial, como "I ain't going there" (cuya versión correcta sería: "I'm not going there").

I remember an old British English teacher of mine who used to be so upset because The Beatles were openly broadcasting profane lyrics to the world when singing Don't let me down! "Nobody ever loved me like she loves me, yeah she loves me, yeah she does! And if somebody loved me like she do me, yeah she do me, yeah she does!" :-)))
También hay otra canción de The Beatles, "Ticket to ride" que dice:
she's got a ticket to ride
and she don't care
Siempre me llamó la atención la parte "she don't care" y supuse que estaría bien y sería algo más bien informal.

Bueno gramaticalmente no está bien. Pero las canciones tienen que tener en cuenta la rima, la medida y el hablar de la calle, del individuo corriente a quien van dirigidas, aquel que no se ocupa de formalidades.
