    Default tattoo translation please!

    Hello: I want to get "Follow your heart" in Spanish as a tattoo. I am pretty sure it is "Sigue tu corazon" (with an accent on the second O), but some results show that it is "Sigue a tu corazon".

    Which one is it?

    I think the correct one would be
    "Sigue a tu corazón" (there's even a song by Laura Pausini with that lyric.)
    When we talk about the heart, and it's not the muscle, it's more common to say it with "a".
    Also, "sigue" without "a" usually means continue or keep on, rather than follow.

    hmm.. that does confuse me a bit. I have asked 5 spanish-speaking people I know, and they all concluded that there was no 'a', because of the expression. I asked on the thread, just to make sure, but now you say there is an 'a'. ah! what to do...

    Whichever form you choose will be understood. Most spanish-speaking people don't see the difference, but technically, that's the answer.
    Again, you can choose either one, and people will understand the message "Follow your heart".
