Simon,
Your translation into spanish:
Vive la vida sin arrepentimientos y Ama sin límites.
Vive la vida sin arrepentimientos y Ama hasta el fín.
Simon, MC used Love as the verb to love assuming consistency with the use of to live at the beginning of the sentence. If the source would talk about Love as a noun I guess MC will agree that the source sentence would have had Life capitalized. Therefore, I think you should stick to mc's translation.
Regarding "remordimientos" I also think it is a good choice.
I totally agree with gentle. Besides, I think if you use Amor instead of Ama, the meaning/message gets a little confused.
Vive la vida sin arrepentimientos y Amor sin límites.
Vive la vida sin arrepentimientos y Amor hasta el fín,
____________________
As of the use of remordimientos instead of arrepentimientos, I personally like that choice best.
Vive la vida sin remordimientos y Ama sin límites.
Vive la vida sin remordimientos y Ama hasta el fín.

Xóchitl
Simon, I agree with Gentle. If you want to use Love as a noun you should say "el Amor" in order to agree the whole sentence. It's OK to say remordimientos.
If you want to use Love as a noun, the translation should be:
Vive la Vida sin remordimientos y el Amor sin límites (or hasta el fin it's also OK).
María
Thank you guys for your intellectual help!
I wanted to use Amor because the phrase would sound better hehe. But I think mc last idea is nice, Vive la Vida sin remordimientos y el Amor sin límites (or hasta el fin).
Would you guys agree?
Cheers,
