Default upside down and inside out

How would you say upside down and inside out in Spanish?

"I feel like I know this contract upside down and inside out!"

Me siento que conozca este contrato de adentro hacia afuera y al revés?

    Sounds like Double Dutch!

    De pies a cabeza.
    De punta a punta.
    Por delante y por detrás.

    Thanks Cotty,

    Can those expressions be combined?

For example De pies a cabeza y por delante y por detrás

    Or would that be ridiculous?

You could but it depends on the context. It sounds redundant and a bit exaggerated, but no doubt some contexts can handle that.

    Thanks Cotty,

In the last couple of days, since I discovered this forum I've found answers to questions that I've been asking for years!!

Most of my Spanish friends don't speak English and most of my English friends speak less Spanish than I do, so I just keep asking the same questions!!!

    Hi La Inglesa!

I would say "Me siento como si conociera este contrato de arriba a abajo / de pies a cabeza"
or "Siento que conozco este contrato de arriba a abajo/ de pies a cabeza"

Of course, it's just my opinion!
    I hope this helps

If this is of some help, in Mexico we would say: "Conozco este contrato de arriba a abajo y al derecho y al revés."

    I love that!

I have just sent you an email and in it I wrote "inside out and back to front"

    I love words!
