Default Nicknames: Should I translate them???

Hi! I am translating an article from a forum (web page) for teenagers, and the nicknames on the article are ,

"TeenHealthFX" and "Does Shaved Blond Hair Grow Back Darker?"

Should I translate them?? Because what i know is that Proper names should be translated when they have a standardize translation but this is not the case. Please help me!

    Hi, Pao

It´s just my opinion, but I think you should keep the original nickname and provide the translation in brackets, that way, you don´t have to change the nick and the target public can understand what it means. I would always keep the original nick.

    Hope this helps you,

I agree with Aripidevant, nicknames don't change, but if you want the target audience of the translation to understand the meaning, you should write the translation in brackets next to the nickname, an example that comes to my mind is "Dances with wolves" which is the translation of what the natives called Kevin Costner in their native language, in the known film.

I agree with Aripidevant and guillermol. Keep the nickname. Put in brackets if you need to add extra information. But the nicknames are so personal and perhaps we never know why it was the story. My name is María but my friends call me "Gafi". Has no translation, no nothing. It's just because.
    Good luck,
    MM.
