Thread: Could you please translate this for me?

I am a medium sized. I have short brown hair that shines in the sun, brown eyes and luckily, i have no spots. Compared to my family, I am taller than my mother but my dad is taller than me by an inch. People say that I resemble my dad more than my mother. My dad has black hair but my mum has brown hair. My dad's name is........... and my mother's name is ........ .I also have a brother named...........

Why don't you give it a shot first? Then we can make some corrections or tell you 'Hey this is this way or that other way...'

One thing I've noticed though is that you wrote 'Thanks in advanced;' maybe it's just a typo, maybe not, but the phrase is 'Thanks in advance.'

This one below however, needs some correction:

'Tengo el pelo corto de color marrón que brilla en los ojos del sol, de color marron...'

I'm fairly positive that the translation for that sentences is 'Tengo el pelo de color marron (o castaño) que brilla en el sol, ojos marrones, y por suerte no tengo puntos/marcas (No se como lo dicen en otros paises, en general, spots se refiere a marcas en la piel)
