    Default Winter fey

In a novel, one of the characters says:
I almost snickered when I detected a red hue forming on his snow-white skin. An embarrased winter fey. Cute.
Does anybody know how to translate "winter fey" into Spanish?

    Thanks!

Since it seems fey refers to a fairy, the translation would be "Hada invernal". Winter = Invierno, Invernal means it is related to winter, merely putting Invierno would not stablish a connection.
